Resident students are invited to prepare a presentation for the annual competition intended to promote the art of strategic leader communication. The speakers are evaluated on the value of their ideas, the strength of their arguments, and their delivery skills. The top winner is honored at graduation with a certificate and a cash award from our Foundation made possible with the support of the Cumberland Valley and Carlisle Barracks Chapter of the Association of the U.S. Army.
