I am an advisor to many organizations, boards, church groups, local, state and federal entities as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, former hospital administrator, and public health SME. I have many papers on the subject and warned of the inevitability in 2014 and 2017 internationally. My published work on Pandemics can be found in many nations, translated in more than a dozen languages. My paper was published by the US Army War College on the CBNRE/WMD All Hazards Schoolhouse as an SSI paper during my War College tenure 2008-2009 (Seminar 7). I am on the short list to be activated because of my skill sets should the Pandemic worsen.
