I am the FEMA Region IV Recovery Division Director working COVID-19 daily. As the Recovery Division Director, I have responsibility for 8 States and 6 Tribal Nations inside these 8 States (NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, TN, KY). I am responsible for the delivery of Public Assistance and Individual Assistance programs, as well as the Receipt of State/Tribal Requests for Emergency, as well as Major Disaster Declaration Requests. I am working and on calls daily with all of our 8 State Directors as well as my Counterparts State Recovery Division Chiefs. We are supporting incoming State requests and will be supporting incoming Requests for Public Assistance as well as adjudicating funding based on how the supplemental was provided by Federal Agency.
