Our Staff

Linda has worked for the Foundation since 2009. She has a B.A. in Computer Science with a minor in Music. Having grown up in an Army family and then, having raised an Air Force family, Linda understands and enjoys working with the military community at Carlisle Barracks and around the country and globe, wherever graduates are assigned.

Amy is the newest member to the team joining the staff in early 2019. With a husband who is on staff at the U.S. Army War College, Amy was familiar with the academic schedule and overall operations of the Foundation. Additionally, the organizational skills she acquired by being the quintessential Army mom to four children makes her a great addition to the team.

Donna joined the Foundation in 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is a former AG officer with ten years of both active and reserve service. She treasures the opportunity to work with and contribute to the overall Army War College experience of both students and alumni.

Tracy joined the Foundation in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. She received her B.A. degree from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont with a Major in English, Interdisciplinary Studies, and a Minor in Russian. She has worked for a variety of organizations and has traveled extensively, bringing many talents to the Foundation. She is married to a retired U.S. Air Force officer and former U.S. Army War College faculty member.

As a lifelong resident of Carlisle, Michele has fond memories of the many families she met from the U.S. Army War College through the years. She received a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. While her work history includes various accounting and human resource positions in local manufacturing and software development firms, it is her most recent position as Business Manager of a local non-profit that enabled her to easily assimilate into the Foundation in 2018.

Donna had over 20 years experience working in industry and not-for-profit education organizations when she joined the Foundation in 2013. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Austin Peay University.
