OUTSTANDING ALUM SERVICE AWARD EVENT – November 13, 2025
If you have not already done so, please contact Keira at 717-243-1756 to confirm your attendance at the Outstanding Alum ceremony and lunch on November 13, 2025 at the U.S. Army War College. She will need your full name and that of any guests accompanying you and information about any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
The agenda for the day is provided to aid in your planning. As a reminder the ceremony begins at noon in Bliss Auditorium located in Root Hall followed by lunch.
Here is a map to Root Hall on Carlisle Barracks: MAP – Carlisle Barracks. As a reminder, you MUST go through the vehicle checkpoint accessed at 870 Jim Thorpe Road prior to turning onto Carlisle Barracks. You cannot turn directly into Carlisle Barracks. Additionally, no weapons are allowed onto Carlisle Barracks and vehicles may be subject to random inspection before coming through the gate.
All individuals accessing Carlisle Barracks are required to present a government-issued photo id. The following link provides an online application for anyone in your party who may not have a military ID: https://pass.aie.army.mil/steps/branch_selection. Select ARMY on the first page then Carlisle Barracks on the next page and after accepting the terms and conditions, select Visitor Pass. Visitors can apply online using a driver’s license and will receive a text message when their background check is complete. Proof of access is loaded onto the driver’s license so there is no need to get a photo taken or a paper pass issued at the Visitor Center.
If you are staying overnight and need lodging, there are several options. A limited number of rooms are available at IHG on Carlisle Barracks or local hotels in Carlisle.
