I serve as the Granville, Ohio Village Manager and oversee all municipal operations on behalf of a 7-member elected council. This includes public safety and provisioning of essential services for a 4,000-resident community and 2,000-student liberal arts college. Our mid-March response to the COVID-19 crisis coincided with a 50-year flood that caused significant damage across the Village. Despite this, our early deliberate planning continues to deliver uninterrupted support to the community with the flexibility to respond to frequent directives from the State of Ohio.
