Daryll was retiree recalled as the Deputy Commander for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District, in August 2019 and is currently serving as the TF USACE Commander for the State of Arizona, jointly working with the AZNG, the Department of Health Services, and FEMA. He leads a team of Engineers performing mission assessments statewide for feasibility as Alternate Health Care Facilities in response to COVID-19.
