I am on leave from my civilian position at the School of Advanced Military Studies due to mobilization in response to the COVID-19 Crisis. I am the Emergency Preparedness Officer for Kansas, under FEMA Region VII. Basically, I am the liaison to assist in getting Title 10 support to Kansas.
