Carl works the Army’s Logistics Civilian Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) for the Army Sustainment Command (ASC) located at Rock Island, Illinois. As of April 8th, the program through the LOGCAP IV contract had established four quarantine areas to hold redeploying Soldiers and Trainees prior to onward movement. Those locations are Fort Lee, Fort Bragg, Fort Bliss, and Fort Benning. We may establish more quarantine sites based on Department guidance. We are also coordinating closely with USACE on the potential build/establishment of an Alternative Care Facility (ACF) in the NYC area.
